What does the physical therapy portion of Mercier Therapy look like?
Your organs and muscles work better when they have the ability to move. The same goes for your pelvic floor muscles and organs.
Mercier Therapy includes six 1-hour sessions with a trained physical therapist who will utilize deep pelvic visceral manipulation around your pelvic floor organs.
This treatment is done completely externally and almost looks like a massage. However, it is more intense than a typical massage. Our goal is to dig deep and really mobilize those organs and increase bloodflow. Increasing blood flow in this way even helps with communication between your pituitary gland which helps with hormone secretion for fertility!
Hi, I’m Dr. Angela, and like you, I’m on my own fertility journey. I pursued Mercier Therapy training and certification because I had heard about its success rates and wanted to use it to overcome my own fertility challenges. Now, I’m so excited to bring this modality to you.
As a compassionate physical therapist specializing in pelvic floor health, I’m dedicated to providing exceptional care to improve the lives of my patients. I believe in a collaborative approach, tailoring treatment plans to meet each individual’s unique needs and goals.
I’m excited to contribute my expertise and passion for pelvic health to empower patients and promote holistic well-being throughout every stage of life, including your fertility journey!

What does the hormone regulation portion of Mercier Therapy look like?
While the physical therapy portion often works as a stand-alone solution for fertility, success rates increase even further with the aid of supplements.
We refer our Mercier Therapy patients to a licensed functional medicine doctor or nutritionist who will look at your bloodwork and help customize a supplement plan that will work to help your body regulate its hormones.
Regulating your hormones can help you monitor your cycle better and correct hormonal imbalances that may be impeding your ability to get pregnant.
