Treatment style
Compassionate care with a tendency to encourage my patients to challenge themselves. I will never push you to do anything before you’re ready. However, I am going to help show you everything you’re capable of, even if I have to hold your hand the whole time.
Professional and personal background
As creator and founder of Well+Core, I started this business back in 2020 after a traumatic labor and delivery led me to explore pelvic floor physical therapy for myself. That experience sparked a passion for helping women navigate and overcome pelvic floor challenges, and it inspired me to create a practice where women can receive exceptional care tailored to their unique needs.
Over the years, I’ve expanded my training to provide evidence-based, comprehensive care. I’ve completed advanced coursework with the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, including Level 1, 2a and Level 2b training. I’ve also taken Nicole Cozean’s Pelvic PT Rising rectal course and Julie Wiebe’s Foundations of Running course. My commitment to education extends beyond my own training—I’ve co-authored a course on vaginismus and developed a birth and baby course for mothers navigating their third and fourth trimesters.
One of my greatest passions is working with clients who have been affected by physical or emotional trauma. I understand the importance of compassionate care and believe in meeting my patients where they are, moving at their pace toward healing and recovery. As a runner, I also love working with athletes striving to return to or thrive in their sport, even as their bodies adapt to new challenges. At Well+Core, my mission is to empower women to feel strong, supported, and confident in their bodies every step of the way.
In my personal life, I’m married to the guy who hooked me by bringing queso to a Superbowl party. We have two kiddos who keep us very busy. I’m an Enneagram 3 with ADHD, so I totally understand your neuro-spiciness. I love traveling, hiking, and being outside. When I’m really stressed out, putting headphones on and taking a run is my go-to.
