Meet Dr. Meg Schwartz, PT, DPT
Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach

Hi, I’m Dr. Meg. After seeing a need for whole-person healing in our medical system as a physical therapist, I sought additional training to become a Functional Medicine Health Coach so that I could better guide my patients to healing through a whole-health approach.

My approach focuses on behavior change through positive psychology, helping you leverage your strengths for lasting lifestyle improvements. I believe the mind and body are integrally connected and must be in harmony for optimal health and well-being. My treatment style revolves around listening to you first and foremost, and collaborating on a treatment plan that gets to the root of your problem instead of just masking symptoms.

Wherever you are in your health and wellness journey is exactly where you’re meant to be. I will meet you where you are and help give you the tools to create the life you’ve been dreaming of!

Who is health coaching for?

Health coaching is for anyone looking to improve their health and well-being. Whether you’re struggling with a chronic health condition or simply want to live a more harmonious life, a health coach can help you create a roadmap to success. Some people who commonly seek health coaching include:

  • People with chronic health conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, autoimmune diseases)
  • Those wanting to improve their diet or nutrition habits

  • Anyone aiming to improve their overall fitness and lifestyle
  • Those who feel like they’ve tried everything and can’t seem to stick with or follow through on their goals

Health coaching at Well + Core is offered as its own service or in conjunction with pelvic floor physical therapy!
