Part 2: Move Better + Feel Stronger
Part 2: Move Better + Feel Stronger
A live webinar for anyone who's been holding back on exercise
Learn how to move safely and confidently through pain, leaking, core weakness, and other health conditions, so you can stop playing it safe and start getting stronger.
Save My SpotPain, leaking, illness, or injury is holding you back, but it doesn’t have to…
Exercise and movement are a healthy part of life, but many people limit exercise out of fear.
If you’ve experienced pain, leaking, or heaviness, limiting exercise may feel like the wisest thing you can do. Further, if you’ve had a bad injury, surgery, or you’re dealing with an autoimmune condition or other health complication, exercise can feel even riskier.
The problem is: protection without a plan can slowly shrink your world. Over time, moving less can mean losing strength, bone density, balance, and endurance. Often, the very symptoms you're trying to protect worsen when the muscles that support you aren't challenged.
Safer doesn't mean smaller.
In 2006, a study showed that boundaries, or fence lines, actually allow more freedom. Picture a school playground. Kids run, climb, and explore right up to the edge of the playground boundaries when there's a fence. The study suggests the fence actually makes kids feel safer because when they removed the fence, kids stayed closer to the swing set.
At Well + Core, our pelvic health physical therapists help people find their safe fence line. We've seen how the right tools and a little confidence can turn "I'd better not" into "I've got this."
We’ve created a webinar series because not everyone is ready for one-on-one physical therapy, but everyone deserves to know how to move safely. Move Better + Feel Stronger is a practical, low-cost way to get expert guidance and start building your fence today.
If you missed Part 1 of this webinar series, you can watch it now. This is where you learn foundational skills you’ll need to build on if you want to increase your exercise routine.
Watch Part 1 of our Move Better + Feel Stronger SeriesTwo hours. Four sections. One focused topic at a time.
The webinar is split into four 30-minute sections, each dedicated to one of the most common reasons people limit their exercise. Join for the whole session or focus on the topics that matter most to you.
Why pain doesn't always mean harm, how your body's alarm system can become extra sensitive, and how graded movement helps you build tolerance without flaring up.
How pressure moves through your body during exercise, how to coordinate your breath with effort, and how to train your pelvic floor to respond well under load.
What "engage your core" actually means, what current thinking says about diastasis, and how to progressively load your core instead of avoiding it.
Practical strategies for exercising with POTS, hypermobility, lymphatic conditions, and more, plus how to pace and progress in a way that works with your body.
Every section includes time for live Q&A, so bring your questions. There will be plenty of time to get answers specific to your situation.
Practical tools you can use the very next time you move.
This isn't a lecture full of theory. You'll walk away knowing:
- Which of the four limiters affect you most
- How to tell which sensations are okay to work through and which mean it's time to adjust
- How to breathe, brace, and manage pressure during everyday exercise
- How to progress safely so your strength keeps building over time
We'll also walk through the most common foundational exercises step by step, including how to set up, what to feel, and the small adjustments that make them safer. Getting these foundations right gives you a solid base to keep building on, whether you're working out on your own, with a trainer, or in a class.
Leave with a plan made for you.
Every attendee receives an exercise guidance sheet you can tailor to your own situation. Use it to remember what you learned, track your progress, and adjust your movement based on your specific limiters. Think of it as the blueprint for your fence.

I already have a personal trainer or exercise program. Is this for me?
Yes. We're not here to replace your trainer or program. This webinar helps you do what's asked of you safely and confidently. Many people find they can actually push harder once they know how to manage pain, pressure, and their core.
I'm already exercising. Do I really need this?
Maybe more than you think. Many active people are self-limiting without realizing it: a modified move here, a skipped exercise there, a weight you never quite progress past. We'll help you spot where you've been holding back and how to push those boundaries out.
My symptoms are pretty mild. Is it worth it?
Mild symptoms are the perfect time to learn. Small leaks, occasional heaviness, or a little pain are signals worth listening to, and building good habits now can help keep them from becoming bigger problems later.
My situation feels too complicated. I have more than one condition.
That's exactly why we built the webinar this way. Many people deal with more than one limiter at a time. You'll get strategies for each, plus a guidance sheet you can tailor to your own mix of needs, and live Q&A to ask about your specific situation.
I'm not really a "fitness person." Will this be over my head?
Not at all. We start with the foundations and explain everything in plain language. Whether you're returning to exercise or just getting started, you'll leave knowing exactly where to begin.
It's been years since my symptoms started (or since I had kids). Is it too late?
It's not too late. Your body can build strength and resilience at any stage of life. Many of the people we work with see real change years or even decades after their symptoms began.
I'm not ready for physical therapy. Is this a sales pitch?
No. This webinar was created specifically as a low-cost resource for people who aren't ready for, or don't need, one-on-one PT right now. You'll leave with practical tools you can use on your own. If you ever want more personalized support, we'll be here, but there's no pressure.
Does this replace seeing a physical therapist?
This webinar offers education and general guidance, not an individual evaluation or treatment. If you have new, severe, or worsening symptoms, we always recommend talking with a healthcare provider.
Do I need any equipment?
Just comfortable clothes and enough floor space to lie down. A yoga mat and light hand weights are helpful, but not mandatory. If you don’t have weights, a couple cans from your pantry or heavy books off your book shelf will do!
What if I can't attend live?
Register anyway. All registrants will have access to the recorded webinar for up to two weeks after the event. However, you will need to be present for the live webinar to participate in Q&A.
