Treatment style
I believe that physical therapy is more than a treatment plan—it’s a partnership. My goal is to walk alongside my patients on their unique journeys, helping them navigate challenges and discover solutions that empower them to live their fullest lives. At the heart of my practice is a deep commitment to listening. I take the time to truly understand your story, your goals, and your concerns, because I know that the best care starts with empathy and connection.
Professional and personal background
One of my strengths is finding creative solutions to complex problems. Whether you're managing a chronic condition, recovering from surgery, or striving to achieve a personal milestone, I approach each situation with fresh eyes and a willingness to think outside the box.
Additionally, my personal experience with infertility led me to pursue special training in Mercier Therapy. Since becoming certified in Mercier Therapy, I’ve helped many patients get that long-awaited positive pregnancy test and proceed to experience healthy pregnancies. I believe so much in this fertility work because I’ve seen it work firsthand AND it helped me get pregnant for the very first time.
Every patient’s journey is unique, and I believe the best results come from collaborative problem-solving and individualized care. I’m honored to partner with patients through every stage of their healing process. My approach is not only about addressing physical concerns but also about supporting your overall well-being and helping you feel confident in your ability to reach your goals.
As for my personal life, I was born and raised in the Chicagoland area and maintain very tight family relationships despite the distance. I’m a dedicated Swiftie and country music fan, and look for as many opportunities to travel and get outdoors as physically possible.
