Well + Core’s female empowerment resource list
You know how great it feels when someone sends you the perfect podcast, article, or meme right when you need it? That’s the spirit behind this little roundup. We’ve pulled together some of our favorite female empowerment resources (some are serious and research-y, some are silly and fun,) but all of them are meant to make you feel a little more supported.
Think of it like the group chat version of women’s health: a mix of laughs, learning, and “wait, everyone should know this!” moments.
